Antonio and Jason S. Batallan are Cuban-American entrepreneurs born and raised in South Florida. With backgrounds in advertising, real estate, and facilities maintenance, the Batallans have worked hard together and in doing so built a quality facilities maintenance business. Owning and managing over 200 properties in Palm Beach County, Antonio and Jason understood the cost of maintaining these facilities. They saw an opportunity in servicing the needs of other commercial real estate owners. In 2007 Antonio and Jason, founded Property Works to meet that demand. Currently Property Works has just over 100 employees and has grown to provide interior and exterior general maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial services. After many years of providing quality service, Property Works has attracted clients ranging from Apple to Major League Baseball and many more throughout the state of Florida.

Today, Antonio and Jason are focused on developing sustainable growth and have formed The Batallan Group to execute on that plan. The Batallan Group has created the infrastructure and deployed the skills needed to successfully acquire and integrate multiple businesses throughout the greater Southeastern market.
